Kindersley and District Plains Museum
Has many interesting displays depicting early pioneer life. Includes many onsite buildings for touring such as an old fire hall, teacherage, cookhouse, school and much more. Wheelchair accessible. Located East of Kindersley on highway 7. Call (306)463-6620.
Leaning Tree Ranch
Beautiful rancg situated on the South Saskatchewan River. Cabins for rent as well as R. V. campsites. Canoeing, cycling, trails, hiking, fishing, bird watching, berry pickings and much more. Addison Sod House
Provincial Heritage Site. The oldest continuously occupied sod building in Saskatchewan. The Addison family has lived there since 1910. Located 10 miles north of Kindersley on highway 21 and 6.5 miles east. Call (306)463-3364 for an appointment.
Sagebrush Studios
Artist Dean Francis has developed a gallery from a renovated old church. Come and experience a wonderful combination of nature and art. Located 20km south of Laporte on grid 635 and 27km west at the Empress sign. Call for an appointment (306)565-2039
Glad's Chocolatier
Handmade chocolates using native fruits and berries. A Saskatchewan specialty is the creation of Belgium chocolates. Garden Gallery
Features original artwork and sculptures by artists from across western Canada, displayed in a restored 1910 Legion Hall and a 1940s Catholic Church. Johnson's Great Wall of Saskatchewan
A man made wall standing with no use of concrete. A sod house is also on site. Located 12 miles west of Kindersley on highway 7, 12 miles north on highway 307, and one and a half miles west off of highway 307.
Great Sandhills Museum
Interpretive Center with artifacts from the sandhills. Sandhill information is givena nd there is also a mini-golf-course. Located on highway 32 in downtown Sceptre. (306)623-4239.
The Fish Hatchery
Thousands of fish to feed and there are fish for sale. Open by appointment. Located west of Kindersley on highway 7 in Alsask.
Indian Stone Effigy

The Herschel Petroglyphs
